We do not put an exact amount on how much a user can order at once

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange opened products due to state regulations. Defective products will not be exchanged after 30 days from purchase date. All sales are final unless product is defective. Please give us a call so we can try to sort out the problem for you as needed.

Our drivers will complete transactions while still in their vehicle for their safety and yours. If you are disabled or can’t make it outside please let us know so we can make the proper accommodations.

We begin deliveries at 10:00am daily. In certain circumstances late night orders may be pushed to the following day.

We provide both medical and recreational for an extension of our users.

Will my order be shipped in a Discrete way?

We take our customer's privacy extremely seriously. All our items are shipped in discrete sealed packaging with no mention of product/s name on the outside of the package. We have been successfully delivering parcels all over Malta & Europe with no problems whatsoever.

How will I know that the order is in?

You will receive a confirmation email. If email is not received kindly contact us on Whatsapp so we'll check the issue and get back to you with confirmation.

How long will my order take before arriving?

5-10 Working Days for EU Countries, 1-2 Working Days for Domestic Orders in Malta.
